 Ter Jubilee of Hartley College  
Hartley College celebrated her Ter Jubilee in 1988. Hartley College was established in 1838 by Rev. Dr. Peter Percival with the name of "Wesleyan Mission Central School" that later became the prestigious Hartley College in 1916.

An official stamp was released to mark the ter-jubilee of Hartley College by the postal authority.
