Introduction of new office bearers
Nominations for the 2009 Executive Committee and any amendments to the constitution shall be received by the Secretary at the above address till the midnight of Saturday, the 2nd November 2008.

Annual Dinner/Dance of HCPPA UK will follow the AGM from 19:30. So please gather by 19:00 for dinner to commence at 19:30. We are offering a three course sit down meal for a reasonable price of £25. Limited seats are available and the seats will be allocated on first come first basis therefore please book your seats early.
