=================================================================

Dear Webmaster,

Please put this message to reach all Hartleyites around the
world as Dr. Ukraperuvaluthipillai has friends all over.

He has been an active participant in the affairs of Hartley.
He has just assumed the Proffesor ship at the Jaffna
University relocating from London, U.K. to serve our motherlad,
when this tragedy took place.

On behalf of HCPPA Canada I send our sympathies to his
family and his brother Dr. Sevakadunco of London. He has
been very close to me and he was instrumental in my going as
Chief guest for HCPPA UK branch dinner in London.

My wife Soma joins me in giving our heart felt sympathies to
his family.
HCPPA, Canada
