Hartleyite Mr.
Somaskanthamoorthy Ravirasa of Samiyan Arasady, Karaveddi West passed away on Tuesday
July 22, 2008 in London U.K.
He was a student at Hartley College Point Pedro during 1972-1978. (1975 O/L
batch). He graduated in Civil Engineering at University of Peradeniya (E79 batch) and
did M.Sc in Structural Engineering at Bradfod University in the UK.
From 1991-93, he under took a Research Assistant study at Queen Mary College in
London.
Ravirasa is the beloved son of late Mr & Mrs Somaskanthamoorthty of Kovil Kadavai
and loving brother of Krishnathasan (Hartleyite, 1974 O/L), Ananthamanoharan (Hartleyite
1979 O/L), Sritharan (Hartleyite 1981 O/L) Uthayakumar (Hartleyite 1983 O/L) and
brother in law of Ragini Krishnathasan and Thavaranjiny Ananthamanoharan. caring
uncle of Mathura, Raheson and Deepikka, beloved cousin of Eswary Nallathamby(MGHS) of Colombo.
