  • School Development Society Committee meeting held at the College at 10:00 Hrs.

  • Staff meeting held at the Principal's office to discuss the arrangements for the Inter House Athletic Meet.
  • Principal Mr. V. Pathmanathan announced about the appointment of Mr. N. Gunaseelan as Assistant Principal to the College by the Zonal Director of Education.
  • Heats for the Inter House Athletic Meet continued from 14:00 Hrs. Mr. V. Sethunayagam, Ex President PPA (Parent body) presented a Challenge Cup to the College in memory of his father late MR. K. Vinasithamby.

  • Hartley College 7 for 91 (b. Vasanth 47) , Nelliady MMV 52. Hartley won the match.
  • Peace day celebrations at the College. Mr. N. Gunaseelan and Mr. P. Selvanayagam spoke on that occasion.

  • Debate performed to mark the Universal Woman Day by Jaffna Social Action Centre.
  • Hartley team and Methodist Girls' High School team participated in Point Pedro.
  • Hartley scored 375 points and Methodist Girls' High School scored 339 points.
  • Best debator is A. Tharsan of Hartley.
